If a taxi is not already included in your pack, you can add this option to your order for 33€.

Will someone from the Toul'Box be waiting for me on arrival?

No. We will give you directions but we will not be present.

Can the taxi take me to my temporary accommodation?

Yes, if you wish, the taxi can take you to your temporary accommodation. However, you will not be given a second ride to your permanent accommodation afterwards.

How do I find the taxi when I arrive?

Your operator will provide directions to the meeting point and information to identify your taxi.

What do I do if I can't find the taxi?

If you cannot find your taxi, you should call the number given to you by your operator and give your booking number.

What documents do I need for the Pastel card?

There is no need to provide any other documents after filling in your Toul'Box profile.

Do I receive the Pastel card on arrival?

Yes, as long as you have informed your operator of your arrival well in advance. Depending on your age, it will already be loaded for 1 week or 1 month with unlimited travel on the Tisséo network (tramway, bus, metro). It will be activated the first time you use it.

What do I do if I lose my card?

If you lose your card, the Toul'Box will not order you another one. You will have to go directly to a Tisséo branch (at either "Les Arènes" or "Jean-Jaurès" stations) and pay €9 to create a new card.
