Toul'Box offers

Personalized appointment :

Upon your arrival, you will have a personalized meeting with your Toul'Box operator. You will be able to review your situation and be guided through the administrative procedures: migration formalities, housing benefits, social security, etc.

Transportation card :

For students in Toulouse, you will receive a Pastel card in your name and ready to use. It works on the entire Tisséo network (metro, tramway, bus) and will be activated the first time you use it. Depending on your situation, this card will be pre-loaded for either one week or one month.

For students in the region (Albi, Tarbes) you will receive your transportation card upon arrival in your city of study.

Opening a bank account :

Your Toul'Box operator will help you schedule an appointment with the bank to open your French bank account.

The account can be opened upon your arrival, the same or next day depending on your availability.

Telephony :

With this service, you will receive a precharged SIM card. You will be able to use it right away and the plan will be activated when it is used for the first time. The Sim card will last 1 month or until you spend the included data. Once this limit is reached, you will have to recharge your SIM card or turn to French mobile plans. You will be guided by your operator.

Airport/Train station pick-up :

A cab will be waiting for you either at the train station or airport to take you to your accommodation.

Depending on your needs, you can choose between two types of vehicles: a car or a van.

Guided tour of Toulouse :

You will receive a ticket for a tour of Toulouse with CityTour Toulouse, a double-decker bus that reveals the most famous attractions and historical monuments of the "Pink City".

Accommodation search and reservation : 

Thanks to a personalized follow-up, your Toul'Box operator will assist you in the search for accommodation according to your desires and needs. Once the search for accommodation is complete, the Toul'Box team will assist you in booking the accommodation and in all related formalities (home insurance, opening an electricity meter, rental deposit, etc.).

Language courses :

You can register for language courses in French or foreign languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Russian...). 

You will have the choice between evening classes or intensive courses for certain modules. The training can give you the possibility to obtain 3 ECTS credits under certain conditions and subject to acceptance by your host institution.

Pack Cité Internationale Université de Toulouse:

The Cité internationale Université de Toulouse has been organized in 3 buildings with 383 apartments. Building H is dedicated to hotel accommodation for short stays. Buildings A & B offer accommodation in T1 or T2 apartments for longer stays.
